Born in Nagoya Japan, she began studying piano at the age of 3, at the SUZUKI METHOD Talent Education Institute. She performed Mozart´s concerto No.26 K.537 with an orchestra at the age of 6. In 1988 and 1989, Talent Education Institute sent her to the US tour for a month long.
She graduated Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris in 1996 in the class of Mme Germaine Mounier, and Conservatoire National Superieure de Musique de Paris in 1999, winning premier prix unanimously and Prix Daniel Magne as well, in the class of Bruno Rigutto, Nicholas Angelich, Marie-Francoise Bucquet and studied chamber music with Christian Ivaldi.
After winning the 1st Prize at the International Competition “F. Chopin” for the young pianist in Moscow, 3rd Prize (1st prize not awarded) at Munich ARD International Competition, she won the 1st Prize at Martha Argerich Competition in Buenos Aires in 1999.
In 2001, she made her orchestra debut with NHK Symphony Orchestra conducted by Charles Dutoit. She has appeared with many world symphony orchestras including Orchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks, Argentina National Orchestra, Orchester des Collegium Musicum Basel, Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra, Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, Torino National Orchestra, Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra, Polish Chamber Orchestra, Orpheus Chamber Orchestra etc.
Hirose has given recital tours in Japan, France, Argentina, Poland, Italy and gaining high critical acclaim, and has also appeared in many festivals in the world, such as the Chopin Festival in France (Paris, Nohant) in Poland (Duszniki, Zdroi), and Martha Argerich Festival in Japan and in Taiwan, La Roque d´Anthéron, La Folle Journée (Nantes, Japan, Warsaw), Festival Radio Classique, Cannes Music Festival, CIMA (Italy), Festival das Artes in Coimbra, Les Musicales de Mortagne etc.
She released 4CDs for DENON label and her 5th CD is released from MIRARE label in 2010.
